EPC Inspection Visit

We know how serious it is to purchase real estate. Owning property is one of the single most important factors in people’s lives to accumulate wealth and security in the future and for generations to come.

Our services in this process go above and beyond any others. Elite Property Collection is partnered with several hotel and resort projects. Because of our close affiliations, and our successes in the sale of these properties, we are able to offer our clients a chance to visit our Caribbean properties and stay “completely free of charge” during an inspection visit for 5 days/4 nights.

We know that seeing property first hand is imperative to the purchase process and we can help take the cost out of expensive travel back and forth. Our ‘Concierge Services” will arrange your flights, accommodation and even transfer from the airport. If you have any special requests during your stay we will take care of just about any request.

While you are here we will escort you to all the properties that you are most interested in, it’s never been easier or more stress free. Our staff speak multiple languages and will provide all the details you need to provide you with comfort in your decision making process. If during your visit you find the property to purchase, we will even reimburse your flights, up to $2,000, to come down on the inspection visit.
