The Dominican Republic - Roco Ki

Roco Ki, currently under development in the Punta Cana region of the Dominican Republic, is being designed as the ultimate luxury destination community within the Caribbean basin.

The 2,700-acre destination resort looks northward on one of the most scenic, untouched beaches in the Caribbean.

At the northern tip of the three and a half mile-long stretch of untouched beaches lie rugged cliffs, elevated headlands and bluffs which offer an ocean view unlike any other in the Dominican Republic. Further inland, a lush mangrove forest affords privacy for the community, as well as natural setting characterized by closer relationship to nature.

• The Westin Cliffside Villas. From their enviable position along a breathtaking promontory, the 25 stunning 3,400 square-foot villas offer front-row seats to magnificent Caribbean views. Priced from $2,550,000.
